M.CHUZI bursts with the desire to season, spice things up and get people up and dancing! With their fusion of Afro-grooves, funk and world-jazz fused with the soundscape of a megalopolis, M.CHUZI delivers a tasty, infectious, and truly authentic musical experience on every stage.

Drummer Jan Heirman and “Bass Man” Niels d'Haegheleer provide the backbone, with Basile Bourtembourg (keys), Gil Duarte Da Cruz (guitar) and “Band Man” Thomas De Vries (guitar) spice things up, while the finishing touch is brought by a roaring brass section made up of Mattéo Badet (tenor), Robbe Latré (trumpet & flugelhorn) and Martin Lissoir (baritone).

Their debut album, PAPARA, was released in November 2022 on the Ghent-based label Sdban Ultra.
